First flowers

Today we woke to sunshine and blue skies, perfect for our Sunday morning walk.  This morning Zeus09smum, Zeus and I were joined by a friend of hers plus dog.  We had a lovely long walk with lots of conversation and plenty to interest the dogs but really there was very little to photograph.  What little remains of the snow was at ground level only and despite the cold temperatures, there was no frost.
When I got home I took a quick walk around our garden where currently only the snowdrops are in bloom and so they are my blip today.
