I recall my former employer considering re-locating our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices to here, this building at the edge of the park. Purpose built, centrally located and in a nice setting, it ticked many boxes in my opinion. They missed the opportunity to re-organise and have a fresh start here (or at a couple of similar central locations). They opted to stay in the city centres, with all that that entails.
