With wife visiting family in Belfast, daughter at university and son out with his girlfriend, I was home alone most of today. Did some work, hoping it would dry out enough for an evening walk. It wasn't raining when I sent off, but soon started and eventually became a downpour (I took shelter in the Yacht pub for 20 minutes til it stopped). Carried on walking down to Deptford and then back over Blackheath.
