MrR & I ventured...

...back to Plean Parkrun today...it’s been three months since our last foray round the trails of Plean Country Park and although we’ve been running...albeit January a tad sporadic...Plean was a thought!

It’s the hills...

That said though it was a beautiful bright if cold morning and the underfoot conditions provided the perfect excuse for not hammering it.

Quite a busy run too with a number of other Parkruns cancelled roundabout...the rough terrain provides us with a bit more grip than those running in tarmac pathed parks.

Grateful we ventured back...it is a grand wee route running through the trees...I do love it...even the hills...once we are finished...lol!
