This is lovely A, who is my CPN. The community psychiatric team for the elderly have been very generous with their time and kind since I was discharged from hospital May 18. A visits me fortnightly, we chat about whatever I need to talk about. I find her support very useful.   Until last week I was seeing the community clinical psychologist monthly. That was more than the usual ration : I've said clearly how much I appreciated that generosity of time.  We developed a clear prevention strategy at the heart of which is not getting socially isolated.   Blip and my daily photo is part of keeping me going : a very warm thanks to you all who support and encourage me.
