Crocus

A frustrating morning today - I wanted  to use up some of my bits to make another  quilt but couldn't find enough of the colours I wanted  - so back to the drawing board and tidying up the stash to find what I need!!
KG is still looking for the missing playing cards and has tidied just about all the cupboards and still not found them!!  After lunch after tidying the last cupboard I went into the  garden and found a little cluster of crocuses - probably self seeded or dropped by the birds.   Nice to see this little survivor after all the snow at the weekend.  I turned the background mono to emphasise the colour of the crocus and I note it is a little visitor on tis petal
