Owen's Golden Birthday

Saturday I attended an exclusive event: Owen's Golden Birthday Party! I may be the only person who didn't know of this ... but apparently the year that you turn the same number as the day of the month you were born on, that is your Golden Birthday. I missed mine ;_; Owen's was this year - he turned 6 on the 6th of December. So grown up! So, the house was blinged out with gold on everything. It looked amazing. Owen had a blast with his buddies - 7 kids running amok for a couple of hours, mostly screaming at the top of their lungs the whole time. Unless it was stuffed with cupcakes or snacks. As it should be :)
