still catching up

Went to Mums church today as it is actually her birthday on 3rd even though we started the celebration yesterday. The Rev embarrassed her by encouraging a round of Happy Birthday
Then I met my walking friends for walk #4.....this time along the Wandle River....we hope to get from Croydon to Earlsfield but only got as far as Morden Hall Park...still we did 9 miles non stop (which is the longest) In the end the dark was getting the better of us.
The river moves, but it follows a path. When it tires of one journey, it rubs through some rock to forge a new way. K. Magoon
