Stove Top Cat

Georgina is an old, friendly, and talkative cat. Here and here are a few previous blips of her.

"GG" is over 13 years old now. She spends 99% of her time sleeping on the stove. As you can see, she takes it in stride when her whiskers or fur happen to burn or melt when the pesky humans happen to be cooking on her queen-sized bed. The stovetop is her undisputed turf, though she's been known to share its toasty-warm surface (heated by the pilot flame) with her housemate Nikita.

It took a few tries to capture Georgina's melted whiskers properly when she hopped over to the kitchen table to collect a few head scratches. She's an old scorcher!
