NOT changing ends...

It may be half-time but I ain't changing ends. I prefer to enjoy the end slice last. (All that icing)

I was stricken by a malady today - bad back; in consequence I spent most of the afternoon with hotwater bottle(s) in the region towards the back known, I believe, as love handles. Seeems to he almost recovered courtesy of the heating.
Good job I shot something in the a.m. before it struck, coz I've barely moved since then.
