Aberdeen Women's Rugby Football Club. Joining this team made my time in Scotland everything I every could have asked for. I made amazing friends & learned a whole new sport that I can hopefully continue to keep playing once I'm back in the Lehigh Valley. This picture specifically was taken at St. Andrews pitches at our last game of the term. I didn't get to play much because I ended up re-injuring my knee, but I would tackle anyone for each of these girls. Over half of us were brand new players when we started practicing and together we learned the sport, achieved our first tackles, practiced in the freezing cold and rain, and of course went out to celebrate our achievements as a team. I'll miss all the uni & Quines rugby girls dearly & will be remembered my time with them every time I wear a piece of clothing from from the Kukri kit we ordered <3
