Balloon

I found this on the beach this morning, I was there with a friend lifting rubbish. We gathered five bin bags of mainly plastic rubbish and dug up two big tyres which we moved to an area above the tide line. Apparently you can't take tyres to the local dump/recycling centre so we'll need to have a think about what to do with them. I have a huge dislike of balloons, not only because of the plastic issue but also because of the string which can easily strangle wildlife. At least this one isn't going to do any more harm.
