Scraping a Living

There is so much snow that our bouquetins are having a very tough time going right to the edges of cliffs where grass has been exposed by the wind. It was quite nerve racking watching those in the extra photo negotiating a very steep snow slope to get to some nourishment. Can you see 4 animals: a male, a female and 2 of this year's babies, in the main blip? There are 3 females in the extra. Camouflaged against the rocks, I had not realised that there were so many till I downloaded the photos.

Thanks for your enthusiasm for yesterday's ski day photos, all that lovely powder had been well skied out today.
