After dark

After a few months out my running buddy is finally back, and not before time as I’ve started February with 4 rest days and was starting to think I might have retired from running.
It was a very gentle run, could be mistaken for a brisk walk really but most importantly it was nice to get some fresh air and have a natter with my mate.
