Vijay Chand

Tonight my boss sponsored a reception called 'Celebrating Higher Vision'. It marked the end of an exhibition in the reception of Parliament which showcased the work of Higher Photography students across Scotland. One of my favourites was the work in the picture and tonight I met the photographer - Vijay Chand. He kindly stood beside his work for my blip.
