Sweet.

Despite the rain and cold this Daphne is smelling lovely but you have to get up close and personal to smell it.

There is a long view from where I was working this morning and I could see the rain approaching gradually. When a house, about a quarter of a mile away, started to disappear it was time to put waterproofs on. They stayed in for the rest of the day.

I'm now sitting Infront of the fire listening to said rain beating on the window and am very glad to be where I am.
