Kitties exploring outdoors!

We have reached an impasse with their outdoor activities. The balcony is at a height of approx. 10 feet from the ground, which is a bit too far for a cat to jump, and guarantee landing on its feet. They know this. So they spend hours just gazing at the world from their ivory tower instead.
