Mediterranean Fisherman

Weather gorgeous. We had a lovely bike ride to the beach and salt lagoon near Cabo de Gata. Watched a young man on the fishing from the beach tending 4 rods he stuck in the sand at intervals of about twenty yards. We didn't see him catch anything but he probably doesn't care? I think the bits in the foreground are possibly the remains of a boat winch.
