Polly manages to clear this log every day with a certain amount of finesse. I think I may have pulled my biceps femoris muscle playing badminton last night so decided against it myself.

Otherwise it was a busy morning of domestic errands and an afternoon of writing/editing a paper I’m hoping to get published, all being well.
