Past and present

Flowers given to me 2 weeks ago.  Extra shows the ones received yesterday.  They last well.
Prompted to think about the past today, as it would have been my 59th wedding anniversary.  Happened to drive past the church we married in.  We managed 48 years and they were very happy, so must count my blessings.
I can tell you that in 1960 the weather was very cold but sunny!
