Golden brown
Finally perfected our shortbready ground almond chocolate chip biscuits!
30g brown sugar
70g unsalted butter
90g plain flour
20g ground almond
Tablespoon of vanilla essence
Tablespoon milk
Rub together til a dough
Thirty minutes rest in fridge (the dough, not me)
Gas 4, a tentative 12 minutes of turning the tray every few minutes!
Phew!
