Anne's Daily Encounters

On my walks in the neighbourhood I spotted this house and laughed in myself as it shows exactly that Cretans and possibly Greeks too, are not shy or modest, but just do as they like.... Here the Master of the house, or his wife (!) like the panorama from the highest floor and thus they had that house realised first and for all and the lower floors will be realised when money rolls again and/or one of the children (they often have two kids, seldom three, but one single child is also quite common... raising children is an expensive duty ) anyway when a child (son usually) will marry and live next  to his parents in his flat (like I did with my ex).
Anyway I'm so in awe over this house at the top floor ~  and I see this more often here on Crete.... nothing out of the blue at all :-)

For the record; since yesterafternoon we live in a thick fog of Sahara sands blown in from the South and for all COPD patients this weather condition is suffocating... hardly air to breath and hardly a view to see as all is covered in fog. It rains at times, but the raindrops only make the dust more visible (see extra)
