A smile is just a frown . . .

. . .   turned upside down  . . .    I had heard that the Maunalua Bay boat ramp had collapsed and went to investigate.   The 2 ramps are still useable, but the center section seems to have succumbed to horizontal failure.   Work should start today to repair it.
