Helped Justin give a hands on cooking demonstration for the teenagers at the library. The event was showing them how to make a simple but impressive dinner for "their date or mom" for valentines day.

He had each of them working on something from cutting the chicken to squaring off the tomatoes so they would look fancy stacked with the fresh mozzarella cheese. In between explaining to them why things are done the way they are.

The kids had a great time and all worked really hard, some of them really interested in all the details.

The food came out great.
