A Friend's Back Yard

I meet with a group of friends to discuss a book we are reading this afternoon. I was planning on taking baby Ellie back to my son's house before her nap so I could get back to my friends house by 2pm.....well, sometimes things don't work out perfectly.......we had a plumbing issue so I called a plumber who could come "some time in the next 3 hours"......my husband left to go to the store.....Ellie decided she needed food at 11:30 and a nap at 12 noon......my husband came back with something to unclog the pipe .....It worked, so I called and cancelled the plumber. Then Ellie woke up with a dirty diaper....of course, I had to change her before I left.....I was ready for relaxing quiet time with my lady friends. We are reading the book "Daring Greatly".....we were discussing being vulnerable and being aware of our feelings.....interesting issues brought up. Our group is very open and caring......I like it. 

We are rotating meeting in each other's homes and this week we met up on the hillside with a beautiful view so I took this photo from the main level deck. The view is actually 180 view and this is only the view in one direction.....it was a beautiful sunny day. Life is good.
