A trip to Leeds today, and I came home with new walking shoes. (. See extra )
Started off at Blacks. Tried 3 pairs on. One too bulky, one didn’t fit, one just right.
However as they weren’t completely waterproof, I decided to try some more shops.
As usual after visiting 4 more shops and not finding any that felt as comfortable, I went back to Blacks and bought the pair.
Must say they were the most helpful, and didn’t have to go searching for an assistant as in some of the shops.
The worst service was in Sports Direct.
So I now have a pair of Merrell walking shoes.
They were £70, reduced to £49.00.
