Reflections on a stormy day

I didn’t expect a clear reflection on a wet, very windy day.

Irritation no. 94. I use internet banking with a number of organisations. Most are very good. One is not. I tried a couple of transactions today. A few hours later I got a call asking me to ring a particular individual. Haha - good luck with that! 15 minutes later, after two long spells listening to Kenny G, answering the usual “if you want service A press 1, if B press 2, etc and speaking to two people, one of whom thought he had heard of the woman who called me, I am now “on hold.”

Thank goodness for technological progress.

PS I am closing the account after 40 minutes on the phone and a wholly unhelpful, inflexible response.
