Celtic Connections at the Mackintosh Church

We went to see our final show of this year's Celtic Connections, at the Mackintosh Church, which I'm slightly ashamed to say I've never visited before.

Naomi Bedford (with a flower in her hair) sang Appalachian Ballads she's been researching. Then we got Tim O'Brien singing with Jan Fabricius, joined by John McCusker on fiddle, Michael McGoldrick on flute and John Doyle on guitar (amongst other things). This is them all doing an encore together.

It was lovely. Alexander went to sleep...
