... Just a quick late night blip.

It's been a long day.
The kind of day where the Elderly One rings up to say that his phone isn't working... 
On the phone that isn't working.. (?).

But, I made soup (which we awarded eight out of ten).
I used an actual recipe (French Legumes).
Usually I just throw things around in a pan in a kind of soupy way, and then whizz for soup.

I might try using a recipe more often.

I was so enthused that I made a potato, parsnip and stilton mash for dinner.

Recipes eh! :-)
