Shukran!

One of the community-sponsored  refugee families in West Wales has started a business making and selling Syrian food in local markets and to order. Everything is beautifully presented and as fresh as could be. It includes kibbeh,  falafel, baba ghanoush, tabbouleh, yalanji,  baklava, halva and a whole lot more sweetmeats and pastries. Everything so far tried has proved delicious.

We wish them every success and say Shukran/Diolch yn fawr/Thank you for this welcome addition to our local food options.
