Saved!!

Yesterday I made a Bara Brith tea bread whilst almost ended up in the bin.  I had put a timer on then got involved in something else and it wasn't until a drink was suggested that I realised I had the cake in the oven.  At least it wasn't too burnt so will have to try it later today to see whether it is edible or not.
