Tricycle Adaptation.

I have seen this vehicle being ridden along the A 701 at times .I can't decide if it is carrying a load of shopping , or there could be a small child traveling in comfort in the carrier . Since it was parked by the CT shopping centre ,I think it will be used to carry home the purchases !
