What Have They Done?

The wheels have disappeared from the bike. And there's no chain or lots of other bits. Also they are rapidly transforming the Hackney Fish Island area with redevelopments of new flats on old funky warehouses and workshops. This is Bream Street.  I saw a good phrase for the new style of flats: Generic London Spreadsheet architecture.
