Where is everybody?

The lighting in my gym is great, but hard to take photos in. I expect there will be a few goes over the year but for now it's back to (my preferred) mono.

It was just me, and about six bored looking personal trainers, when I arrived. What happened to Fitness February... or whatever the latest marketing strategy is.

It's been a tiring week although I'm not sure why as it hasn't been particularly manic. Not compared to recently at least. I'm glad it's Friday anyway.

I've no idea what was on the tv screen, it looks like something to do with sheep!
