Once every three months I go to a meeting that is really good. Representing about ten different organisations, we're all there for the same reason - supporting refugees into work, from our different areas of expertise. We want to provide the best service we can and we pool information and discuss how we can collaborate. We take turns hosting, chairing and writing up the meetings. It's convivial and constructive.

Although we all look to the same pots of money to fund what we do in our own organisations, we're not competitive and we tell each other if we hear of funding sources that might be useful to others.
