The dining room of Petworth House, W Sussex

Today in all this horrendous weather, Paola (friend and fellow Blipper) and I went to Petworth House to view an exhibition of National Trust Dutch paintings.   It was excellent, if you have the chance to go.
In the dining room of the late 17th century Grade 1 listed house were these amazing and intricate wood carvings by Grinling Gibbons.
