Rhubarb!

Decided to go somewhere different for dinner this evening.
Glad we did.... went to an old haunt to find a new owner and a great menu.
As main course was quite restrained on the calorie front (well relatively) I indulged in dessert.
Rhubarb & Custard Cheesecake. Amazingly light and delicately flavoured ....if I could improve it in any way I would just make the base a little thicker.....
