Ripley

We took a trip to Ripley farmers market before a lovely long walk with Ruby. A delicious new gin was purchased along with some (expensive) sausages, chorizo, lemon marmalade and a marrow bone for Ruby.

Josh & Natalie had the survey done on the house and they were invited to meet at the house with the surveyor once he had finished to have a brief outline on his findings. All seems good. Fingers crossed all will go through ok.
