Brown Loaf

Another experiment. Loaf still too heavy. Definitely beginning to get a feel for the basics though. Recipes are almost useless for learning if they only provide instructions.

Now reading about bread making online and learning so much more about the science and techniques involved.

Plenty of room for improvement.
