Redesigned bed

Having dug over the shady bed alongside the garage several days ago, today we made yet another plant buying trip.  We scoured several Garden Centres and eventually found a couple of Brunnera plants to add to the bed as low growing ground cover.  In addition, we were tempted by another couple of hellebores.

Once back home, W made cheese scones and then watched rugby, whilst I planted our new acquisitions.  We're really pleased with our newly replanted beds - though they do, of course, need a couple of years growth to settle and look natural.
