Road trip

Tom and I had a trouble free journey to Cambridgeshire today in spite of the high winds and heavy rains. It was good to see D and H and the children as always. We headed off to Wylde Sky Brewing in Linton where David ( my brother) and the rest of the band - The Accelerants, were playing. You can see more here.
It was packed out. They had a private birthday party in and lots of folks who had been watching a double bill of International Rugby - there was a great atmosphere when you walked in. They played their hearts out, with some new tunes too. It felt like the whole of Linton were there. It was good to get out and have some fun, we also caught up with Jon and Danielle - longterm good friends of D and H.

We got home before midnight, just incase I turned into a pumpkin! Oooops that must have been the prosecco........
