Burnt Orange Brackets

BIG BRACKETS

On Friday when I blipped the Stag's Horn fungus I'd also spotted these brackets on a nearby log. Brackets being what they are, I knew they'd almost certainly still be around today, as they're tough little blighters and can last for weeks through even the most dismal weather. So I went back to them for today's blip.
I really love the burnt orange colouring and the striation on these.
