Victoria Falls

Arrived at our hotel early afternoon and immediately went out to the Falls.

When I was newly married in the early seventies my husband was recruited to work in Zambia. We lived and worked in the Copperbelt for 12 months but before we left we visited Victoria Falls ( in those days the border with what was Rhodesia was closed) we could only see the Falls from one side.
So many many many years later we have seen the “ other” view. Still an amazing sight. I had forgotten just how vast the area is. Not too many tourists so we could spend time at all the viewpoints ( getting soaked by the spray)
and really appreciate the spectacle. Fabulous!
