Valentine's Meal

We had decided not to do cards this year and bought a bottle of "Baileys" from Aldi instead.  I had some beef in the freezer that was my back up Christmas dinner (the planner in me usually has a contingency plan which is just a force of habit from work) just in case the turkey wasn't delivered or was off.  I won't have the inclination to cook a roast after work on Thursday so I made a special lunch today and then we enjoyed the rugby with a glass of Baileys.
