Continuing the beach theme

We were going to go to Brownsea island today but Erik was still raging so we didn’t think that it was appropriate weather to look for wildlife.

So instead we drove to Lulworth Cove and walked Durdle Door. The weather changed several times as we walked and we got wet many times.

As we didn’t have the dogs with us I tend to talk to everyone who has. We loved watching this Airedale enjoying the sea.

As we were both trying to take close ups of the sea we got soaked at one stage when a big wave came in.

After the walk we went for lunch at the Moreton tea rooms. We went there last year for my birthday. It was just as good.

And we timed everything so that we could once again look for the murmuration. It started with just a few and slowly more and more joined. We watched the dance until it got two dark to see them.

On arriving home our friend bought the boys back. They’ve had a great weekend.
