stiletto heel...

...and named for the 'stiletto' a dagger with a long slender blade and needle-like point.

Popped in to the neighbourhood op shop and there is a display of stiletto heeled shoes... these the standouts.
Apparently they all came in at the same time...what stories they would tell.
