Fire

Ethan and I were walking to school this morning when we saw lots of smoke and heard an explosion. Ethan immediately panicked, thinking it was someone shooting. I reassured him it wasn’t but it did look like the smoke was very near his school. He then decided the nursery had burnt the toast “cos they’re always doing that”!

Getting closer to the A71 we realised it was actually a vehicle badly on fire!

Have since read news reports and found out it was a school bus going to a local high school. Fortunately no one was hurt.
