Diving Cormorant

It has been such a beautiful day. We had a short walk around the local meadows and saw this Cormorant diving under the water. They can stay under ages and predicting where they will emerge proved interesting. Still I like the quizzical look this one is giving me! Afterwards had a chat with my son and his girlfriend and came home to find a beautiful bouquet of Spring flowers from them waiting on the doorstep.
