Beside the sea

Slept like the proverbial log last night, didnt wake at all until 7.05.....and then dozed on too!!

The forecast for this week is really good according to Countryfile, so we had already decided on an outing today......the winner was Crosby seafront :-) Good decision too as the sunlight was lovely, and there was a bit of warmth in it too!

We clocked up 14k steps, not far off 7 miles which helped burn off the lovely smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel I had for lunch, with a capuccino of course :-)

Took lots of shots today, but really pleased with this one, and the extra too, tough choice!

Pulled pork sweet and sour with boiled rice for dinner this evening before Camera Club, studio lighting session tonight, which I am looking forward to :-)
