Avon

It's been a lovely day although a bit chilly. I had my Tai Chi session this morning then an early lunch so we could drive out to Shipley Bridge for a walk alongside the Avon (the Dartmoor Avon) up to the dam. I've been there several times but not got that far before. Marion felt she'd missed out on the gym waiting for a parcel so she was determined to get up there.

There was some lovely light for the early part of the walk and this old tree with its mossy boulders was nicely side lit. I'd like to have got more of the river in but we've had plenty of watery blips so this will do OK. 

Got to rush out to a Commitments band rehearsal this evening. I'm a bit behind on journals but I'll catch up soon.
